Collocation is an arrangement where CenturyLink provides space in CenturyLink Premises for the placement of CLEC's equipment to be used for the purpose of Interconnection or access to CenturyLink Unbundled Network Elements. "Collocation – Point of Interconnection" or "C-POI" is the point outside CenturyLink's Wire Center where CLEC's fiber facility meets CenturyLink's Fiber Entrance Facility, except where CLEC uses an Express Fiber Entrance Facility.
