Obstructions; Items Visible From Exterior; Rules and Regulations. Not to obstruct in any manner any portion of the Building not hereby leased or any portion thereof or of the Site used by Tenant in common with others; not without prior consent of Landlord (or as otherwise provided in this Lease) to permit the painting or placing of any signs, curtains, blinds, shades, awnings, aerials or flagpoles, or the like, visible from outside the Premises; and to comply with all reasonable rules and regulations now or hereafter made by Landlord, of which Tenant has been given notice, for the care and use of the Building and Site and their facilities and approaches; Landlord shall not be liable to Tenant for the failure of other occupants of the Buildings to conform to such rules and regulations. Landlord shall not enforce such rules and regulations other than in a non-discriminatory manner.

Obstructions; Items Visible From Exterior; Rules and Regulations. Not to obstruct in any manner any portion of the Building not hereby leased or any portion thereof or of the other buildings or of the Site used by Tenant in common with others; not without prior consent of Landlord (which shall be in Landlord’s sole discretion) to permit the painting or placing of any signs (other than Tenant’s standard signage, logos and graphics in the entrance lobby to the Premises), curtains, blinds, shades, awnings, aerials or flagpoles, or the like, visible from outside the Premises (including, without limitation, from common lobbies within the Building); and to comply with all reasonable rules and regulations now or hereafter made by Landlord, of which Tenant has been given notice, for the care and use of the Building and Site and their facilities and approaches; Landlord shall not be liable to Tenant for the failure of other occupants of the Buildings to conform to such rules and regulations, provided that Landlord agrees to use reasonable efforts to enforce such rules and regulations in a uniform and non-discriminatory manner.
Obstructions; Items Visible From Exterior; Rules and Regulations. 5.4.1 Not to obstruct access to any portion of the Building not hereby leased or any portion thereof or of the Site used by Tenant in common with others; not without prior consent of Landlord (which shall be in Landlord’s sole, but good faith, discretion) to permit the painting or placing of any signs (other than Tenant’s standard signage, logos and graphics as otherwise permitted herein), curtains, blinds, shades, awnings, aerials or flagpoles, or the like, visible from outside the Premises (including, without limitation, from common lobbies within the Building); and to comply with all reasonable rules and regulations or the requirements of any customer handbook currently in existence or hereafter implemented, of which Tenant has been given notice, for the care and use of the Building and Site and their facilities and approaches; Landlord shall not be liable to Tenant for the failure of other occupants of the Buildings to conform to such rules and regulations. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Lease contained, Landlord agrees that it will not enforce said rules and regulations against Tenant in a discriminatory or arbitrary manner, recognizing that differing circumstances may justify different treatment. In the case of any conflict between the terms of this Lease and such rules or regulations, the terms of this Lease shall control, it being understood that no such rule or regulation shall have the effect of amending this Lease. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Tenant may use materials such as adhesives, lubricants, ink, solvents and cleaning fluids of the kind and in amounts and in the manner customarily found and used in business offices in order to conduct its business at the Premises and to maintain and operate the business machines located in the Premises provided that such materials are used, stored and disposed of by Tenant strictly in accordance with all applicable Legal Requirements.

Without in any way limiting Landlord’s approval rights, in no event shall Tenant have the right to construct or otherwise place on or over windows any shades, coverings of any nature or type or any darkening or light reducing or blocking materials. If and to the extent there is any conflict between the provisions of this Lease and any rules and regulations or customer handbook for the Building, the provisions of this Lease shall control.

Landlord shall not be liable to Tenant for the failure of other occupants of the Building to conform to such rules and regulations.
Obstructions; Items Visible From Exterior; Rules and Regulations. The Lessee shall not obstruct in any manner any portion of the Facilities or Complex not hereby leased or any portion thereof or of the buildings or of the Site used by Lessee in common with others. The Lessee shall not, without prior consent of Lessor, permit the painting or placing of any signs, curtains, blinds, shades, awnings, aerials or flagpoles, or the like, visible from outside the Premises. The Lessee shall comply with all reasonable Rules and Regulations now or hereafter made by Lessor, of which the Lessee has been given notice, for the care and use of the Facilities and their appurtenances and approaches. The Lessor agrees that its consent shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed.
