Services Furnished by Landlord. To furnish services, utilities, facilities and supplies set forth in Exhibit C equal to those customarily provided by landlords in high quality buildings in the Boston West Suburban Market subject to escalation reimbursement in accordance with Section 2.6.
Services Furnished by Landlord. Landlord shall furnish services, utilities, facilities and supplies as shown on the Landlord Services list attached as Exhibit B. If Landlord furnishes any additional services at Tenant's request, such services shall be charged at reasonable rates established by Landlord, which shall be considered additional rent.
Services Furnished by Landlord. Landlord shall furnish to Tenant, at Landlord’s expense, the following services: refrigerated air conditioning and heating in season, hot and cold water, electricity and proper facilities to furnish sufficient electrical power.
Services Furnished by Landlord. To furnish services, utilities, facilities and supplies set forth in Exhibit D equal to those customarily provided by landlords in high quality buildings in the Boston West Suburban Market subject to escalation reimbursement in accordance with Section 2.6.
Services Furnished by Landlord. (a) Landlord shall furnish services, utilities, facilities and supplies equal in quality to those customarily provided by landlords in high quality office buildings of a similar design in the greater Boston suburban area. Such services, facilities and supplies shall include the services described in subsection 5.1(b) and 5.1(c) and Section 5.2 and the following: (i) cleaning services for Building Common Areas and the Premises as described in Exhibit B, (ii) rubbish removal, (iii) window cleaning, (iv) restroom supplies, (v) sewer and water service to the Building’s restrooms, (vi) landscape maintenance, (vii) snow removal for walks, driveways and parking areas, (viii) maintenance of plantings in interior Common Areas, (ix) Building security, and (x) such other services, utilities, facilities and supplies as may be deemed necessary in Landlord’s reasonable judgment.
Services Furnished by Landlord. So long as Tenant is entitled to possession of the Premises during the Term, Landlord shall furnish the following services, which shall be reasonably consistent in quality with similar landlord services at comparable office buildings in the same market area as the Building:

Any utilities supplied by Landlord shall be charged at rates no higher than those which would be charged by the local utility company (other than inclusion of management fees generally applicable to Operating Expenses).
