Additional products cannot be added without prior 2018 Annual Hunger Walk/5K Charity Run Committee approval. I hereby acknowledge and accept full responsibility for all my activities and for the activities of those assisting me at the 2018 Annual Hunger Walk/5K Charity Run. I agree to defend, hold harmless and indemnify the Community Caring Center of Greater Boynton Beach, Inc. against any lawsuits, claims and other actions which arise from my conduct or the conduct of those assisting me. I understand that the Community Caring Center of Greater Boynton Beach, Inc. does not carry, provide or offer insurance coverage for individual Vendors and that I am required to provide my own insurance coverage for myself and those assisting me, or execute a waiver of liability holding the Community Caring Center of Greater Boynton Beach, Inc harmless. I also understand that I must obtain and provide to the Community Caring Center of Greater Boynton Beach, Inc. copies of any other insurances and required permits prior to the start of the 2018 Annual Hunger Walk/5K Charity Run. I understand that the Community Caring Center of Greater Boynton Beach, Inc. retains the right to collect any and all monies owed by its Vendors per the Vendor Booth Registration and the Vendor Contract. Electricity will not be available.

  • Lease Period The lease period of the Finance Lease Agreement I is 36 months, which commenced on October 28, 2022. The lease period of the Finance Lease Agreement II is 36 months, which shall commence on July 31, 2023.

  • ESTIMATED / SPECIFIC QUANTITY CONTRACTS Estimated quantity contracts, also referred to as indefinite delivery / indefinite quantity contracts, are expressly agreed and understood to be made for only the quantities, if any, actually ordered during the Contract term. No guarantee of any quantity is implied or given. With respect to any specific quantity stated in the contract, the Commissioner reserves the right after award to order up to 20% more or less (rounded to the next highest whole number) than the specific quantities called for in the Contract. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Commissioner may purchase greater or lesser percentages of Contract quantities should the Commissioner and Contractor so agree. Such agreement may include an equitable price adjustment.

  • Requesting Price Increase/Required Documentation Contractor must submit a written notification at least thirty (30) calendar days prior to the requested effective date of the change, setting the amount of the increase, along with an itemized list of any increased prices, showing the Contractor’s current price, revised price, the actual dollar difference and the percentage of the price increase by line item. Price change requests must include H-GAC Forms D Offered Item Pricing and E Options Pricing, or the documentation used to submit pricing in the original Response and be supported with substantive documentation (e.g. manufacturer's price increase notices, copies of invoices from suppliers, etc.) clearly showing that Contractor's actual costs have increased per the applicable line item bid. The Producer Price Index (PPI) may be used as partial justification, subject to approval by H-GAC, but no price increase based solely on an increase in the PPI will be allowed. This documentation should be submitted in Excel format to facilitate analysis and updating of the website. The letter and documentation must be sent to the Bids and Specifications manager, Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx, at Xxxxxxx.Xxxxxx@x-xxx.xxx Review/Approval of Requests If H-GAC approves the price increase, Contractor will be notified in writing; no price increase will be effective until Contractor receives this notice. If H-GAC does not approve Contractor’s price increase, Contractor may terminate its performance upon sixty (60) days advance written notice to H-GAC, however Contractor must fulfill any outstanding Purchase Orders. Termination of performance is Contractor’s only remedy if H-GAC does not approve the price increase. H-GAC reserves the right to accept or reject any price change request.

  • Estimated Number of Participating Households Approximately 6,460. This figure is based on loans with unpaid principal balances ranging from $200,000 to $400,000 with an average funding of $5,000.00.

  • Number of Guests The maximum number of people entitled to stay at this property is 7 and furthermore, only those people named on the booking form are entitled to stay. If it is found that more people than agreed are using the property, this will be considered a breach of contract and the holidaymaker and his/her party will be asked to leave immediately without any refund.   • Multiple Bedroom Spaces If this Housing Agreement expressly identifies more than one bedroom space in a multi-bedroom apartment as assigned to Resident on page 1, then: (a) references to a “space” or “spaces” will be deemed to refer to all of the spaces assigned to Resident, or to the entire apartment if all of the bedrooms in an apartment are assigned to Resident; and (b) if Resident is assigned fewer than all of the bedroom spaces in an apartment, use of common areas will continue to be shared with other residents of the apartment and any calculation of Resident’s share of any charges assessed pro rata to all residents of an apartment will be made by dividing the number of bedroom spaces assigned to Resident by the total number of occupied bedroom spaces within the apartment.
