• Vendor hereby agrees to provide all goods and services necessary to perform the requirements of this Vendor Contract and to execute its responsibilities hereunder by following and applying at all times the highest professional and technical guidelines and standards.

• No alteration, addition, deletion or modification of the Vendor Contract shall be valid or binding unless made in accordance with the contract terms and conditions set forth in this Vendor Contract.
