Any violation of the mandatory requirements of this Section, or a violation of Seattle Municipal Code Chapter 14.04 (Fair Employment Practices), Chapter 14.10 (Fair Contracting Practices), Chapter 20.45 (City Contracts – Non-Discrimination in Benefits), or other local, state, or federal non-discrimination laws, shall be a material of contract for which the Contractor may be subject to damages and sanctions provided for by the Vendor Contract and by applicable law.
The failure of either party at any time to require performance by the other party of any provision of this Vendor Contract shall in no way affect the right to require such performance by any time thereafter, nor shall the waiver of either party of a breach of any provision of this Contract constitute a waiver of any succeeding breach of the same or any other provision.
Vendor hereby agrees to provide all goods and services necessary to perform the requirements of this Vendor Contract and to execute its responsibilities hereunder by following and applying at all times the highest professional and technical guidelines and standards.
No alteration, addition, deletion or modification of the Vendor Contract shall be valid or binding unless made in accordance with the contract terms and conditions set forth in this Vendor Contract.
