Notification of Subsequent Employment. Employee shall upon termination of his/her employment with the Company, as soon as practicable and for the length of the non-competition period described in Section 1 above, notify the Company: (i) of the name, address and nature of the business of his/her new employer; (ii) if self-employed, of the name, address and nature of his/her new business; (iii) that he/she has not yet secured new employment; and (iv) each time his/her employment status changes. In addition, Employee shall notify any prospective employer that this Agreement exists and shall provide a copy of this Agreement to the prospective employer prior to beginning employment with that prospective employer. Any notice provided under this Section 12 (or otherwise under this Agreement) shall be in writing directed to the General Counsel, EQT Corporation, 000 Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxx 0000, Xxxxxxxxxx, XX 00000-0000.

Executive shall report promptly to the Company any employment with another employer (including service as a partner of any partnership or service as an independent contractor or establishment of any business as a sole proprietor) obtained during the period in which Executive’s post termination obligations set forth in Section 9(b) - (f) apply.

During a period of one (1) year after the termination of the Executive’s employment with WGNB and the Bank, Executive shall notify WGNB and the Bank in writing of the name and address of the Executive’s new employer and the Executive’s functions with his new employer within thirty (30) days after accepting employment with any other corporation, partnership, association, person, organization or other entity.

Notification of Subsequent Employment. Employee shall upon termination of Employee's employment with the Company, immediately notify the Company of the name, address and nature of the business of Employee's new Employer, or, if self employed, the name, address and nature of Employee's new business or advise the Company of continued unemployment. Employee shall provide such notification immediately upon securing new employment, or commencing a business, and continue to provide such notification if such employment status should change. Employee's obligation to provide such notice shall continue for one (1) year after the date of the Employee's termination of employment with the Company. Employee hereby agrees to disclose and authorizes the Company to disclose this Agreement to Employee's new employer or prospective employer.
