Notification of Subsequent Employer. Prior to accepting employment with any other person or entity during any period during which Executive remains subject to any of the covenants set forth in Section 5.03 or Section 5.04, Executive shall provide such prospective employer with written notice of the provisions of this Agreement, with a copy of such notice delivered simultaneously to Employer in accordance with Section 6.05.
Notification of Subsequent Employer. Employee hereby agrees that, prior to accepting employment with any other person during any period during which Employee remains subject to any of the covenants set forth in Section 7, 8(b) or 8(c) of this Agreement, Employee shall provide such prospective employer with written notice of such provisions of this Agreement, with a copy of such notice delivered simultaneously to the Company.
Notification of Subsequent Employer. The Participant agrees that the Company may notify any person or entity employing the Participant or evidencing an intention of employing the Participant of the existence and provisions of this Agreement.
Notification of Subsequent Employer. Executive agrees that the Company may present a copy of this Agreement to any third party.
Notification of Subsequent Employer. Prior to accepting employment with any other person or entity during any period during which Executive remains subject to any of the covenants set forth in Section 5.03 or Section 5.04, Executive shall provide such prospective employer with written notice of such provisions of this Agreement, with a copy of such notice delivered simultaneously to PAE in accordance with Section 6.05.
Notification of Subsequent Employer. The Grantee hereby agrees that prior to accepting employment with, or agreeing to provide services to, any other Person during any period during which the Grantee remains subject to any of the covenants set forth in Section 7, the Grantee shall provide such prospective employer with written notice of the provisions of this Section 7 (to the extent any such provisions are applicable and in effect at the time of such notice), with a copy of such notice delivered to the Company not later than three (3) business days prior to the date on which the Grantee commences such employment or provision of services. For the avoidance of doubt, the Company shall in any event be permitted to provide any such prospective employer with written notice of the provisions of this Section 7.

The Employee hereby agrees that prior to accepting employment with any other person or entity during any period during which the Employee remains subject to any of the covenants set forth in Section 2, the Employee shall provide such prospective employer with written notice of such provisions of this Agreement, with a copy of such notice delivered simultaneously to the Company.
Notification of Subsequent Employer. The Consultant hereby agrees that prior to accepting employment with any other person or entity during any period during which the Consultant remains subject to any of the covenants set forth in Sections 7 and 8, the Consultant shall provide such prospective employer with written notice of the provisions of Sections 6, 7 and 8, with a copy of such notice delivered simultaneously to Parent and the Company.
Notification of Subsequent Employer. The Executive hereby agrees that prior to accepting employment with any other person or entity during any period during which the Executive remains subject to any of the covenants set forth in Section 2, the Executive shall provide such prospective employer with written notice of such provisions of this Agreement, with a copy of such notice delivered simultaneously to the Company.
Notification of Subsequent Employer. Employee agrees that during the one (1) year period following the Separation Date, he will give written notice to his new employers of his obligations under this Agreement, including but not limited to this Section 14. Further, during such period Employee agrees to promptly inform the Company, in writing, of the name and address of his subsequent employers. Finally, Employee consents to the Company providing his subsequent employers with information, including a copy of this Agreement, regarding ongoing obligations under this Agreement.
