Notification of Recognition. The Employer will notify all new personnel hired to work in the classes covered by this Agreement that the Union is the authorized negotiating representative for the employees described in this ARTICLE III.
Notification of Recognition. The University will notify all new personnel hired to work in the class covered by this Agreement that the Union is the authorized negotiating representative for the employees described in this Article.
Notification of Recognition. The University will notify all new personnel hired to work in the classifications covered by this Agreement that the American Federation of State, County, and Municipal Employees, Council 31, Local 698 is the certified bargaining representative for the employees identified in Article III. The University will notify the Union of the name and address of new appointments and terminations in the classifications covered by this Agreement.
Notification of Recognition. The Employer will notify all new personnel hired to work in the classes covered by this contract that Council 31, Local 3700 of the American Federation of State, County, and Municipal Employees is the authorized negotiating representative for the employees described in Article I. The Employer will notify the Union of the name and ad dress of new appointments and terminations in the classifications covered by this contract.

The Employer will notify all new personnel hired to work in the classes covered by this Agreement that the Union Local 73 is the authorized negotiating representative for the employees described in this ARTICLE III. The Employer will at the time of said notification provide new personnel with a copy of Union literature which has been approved by the Employer’s Labor Relations Office which shall be furnished by the Union. The Employer will notify the Union of the name, home address, classification and work location of such new personnel on a monthly basis.
