Notification of Inspection. Provider agrees to promptly notify AbbVie of any inspection or audit by a government authority concerning compliance with applicable law to the extent related to the services provided under the Agreement.
Notification of Inspection. In the event the FDA or other Regulatory Authority notifies Manufacturer that it intends to visit or inspect its facilities relating to the manufacture of Product, the following shall apply: (a) Manufacturer shall immediately provide notice of such visit or inspection to Company; (b) Manufacturer shall permit a representative of Company to be present at the facility during such visit or inspection; (c) Manufacturer shall permit such representative of Company to be present at, and participate in, each daily wrap up session for such inspection and the post-inspection wrap up session for such inspection; (d) Manufacturer promptly shall provide Company with copies of all written materials received by Manufacturer relating to such inspection; (e) Manufacturer shall provide Company with advance copies of all proposed responses, shall permit Company reasonable opportunity to review and comment on each such response, shall reasonably consider Company’s reasonable comments thereon and shall provide Company with copies of each such response as submitted; and (f) Manufacturer agrees to allow the FDA or other relevant Regulatory Authorities to conduct such audit and reasonably cooperate with the FDA and other Regulatory Authorities in connection therewith. In addition, Manufacturer shall advise Company immediately if an authorized agent of the FDA or other Regulatory Authority visits any Manufacturer facilities relating to the manufacture of Product without prior notice. Manufacturer shall furnish to Company the report by such agency of any such visit within thirty (30) days of Manufacturer’s receipt of such report.
Notification of Inspection. Service Provider agrees to promptly notify Company of any inspection or audit by a Government Authority concerning compliance with Applicable Law related to the services provided under this Underlying Agreement.
Notification of Inspection. 43. The notification made by the Director-General pursuant to Article IV, paragraph 55 shall include the following information:

Bentley agrees to notify Subscriber of any inspection or audit by a supervisory authority concerning compliance with Applicable Law to the extent related to the services provided under the Agreement. Bentley shall cooperate with relevant Government Authorities upon request by Subscriber.

Pivotchain agrees to notify Subscriber of any inspection or audit by a supervisory authority concerning compliance with Applicable Law to the extent related to the services provided under the Agreement. Pivotchain shall cooperate with relevant Government Authorities upon request by Subscriber.
Notification of Inspection. Within two (2) days of being notified of (a) any inspections by the FDA or other Regulatory Authorities involving or pertaining to the Product, (b) any pending or threatened litigation, governmental investigation, proceeding, or action involving or pertaining to the Product, or (c) any defective, adulterated, or misbranded Product or any information suggesting that the Product may fail to meet the Specifications or may otherwise be defective, SUPPLIER shall notify BUYER in writing, or BUYER shall notify SUPPLIER in writing, as the case may be, of the preceding.
Notification of Inspection. Xxxxxxx agrees to notify Customer of any inspection or audit by a Supervisory Authority concerning compliance with Data Protection Laws and Regulations to the extent related to the Services provided under the Agreement. Xxxxxxx shall cooperate with relevant Supervisory Authorities upon request by Customer to a reasonable extent.
Notification of Inspection. Supplier agrees to promptly notify Elanco of any inspection or audit by a Government Authority concerning compliance with Applicable Data Protection Laws related to the Services, unless prohibited by law.
