Notice of Returned Entries. Bank shall notify Company by electronic transmission of the receipt of a returned entry from the ACH Operator no later than one business day after the business date of such receipt. Except for an Entry retransmitted by Company in accordance with the requirements of Section 2, Bank shall have no obligation to retransmit a returned Entry with respect to the original Entry.

The Bank shall notify you by telephone, electronic transmission, or by United States mail, either of which shall be considered commercially reasonable, of the receipt of an Entry returned by the ACH to the Bank. The Bank shall have no obligation to re-execute a returned Entry.

In the case of a Credit Entry, Bank will have no other obligation to take other action with respect to a returned Entry, or in the case of a Debit Entry, Bank will have no obligation to re-execute a returned Entry.

In no event shall Bank be liable for currency conversion loss due to returned transaction. Company may not reinitiate Entries except as prescribed by the Rules.
Notice of Returned Entries. Twin River Bank shall notify the Customer by phone or fax of the receipt of a returned entry from the ACH no later than 5:00 p.m. on the day received. Twin River Bank shall have no obligation to re-transmit a returned entry if Twin River Bank complied with the terms of this Agreement with respect to the original entry.
Notice of Returned Entries. The Bank shall promptly notify the Company by mail or by electronic access of the receipt of a returned entry from the ACH Processor. Except for an entry retransmitted by the Company in accordance with the requirements in this Attachment, the Bank shall have no obligation to retransmit a returned Entry to the ACH Processor if the Bank complied with the terms of this Agreement with respect to the original entry.
Notice of Returned Entries. M ember will be notified of a returned entry no later than one (1) business day follow ing such receipt. Credit Union shall have no obligation to re-transmit a returned entry if in compliance with the terms of this Addendum with respect to the original entry.
