Notice of Returned Entries. The Bank shall notify you by telephone, electronic transmission, or by United States mail, either of which shall be considered commercially reasonable, of the receipt of an Entry returned by the ACH to the Bank. The Bank shall have no obligation to re-execute a returned Entry.
