Notice of Returned Entries. Bank shall deliver a notice, via mail or electronic mail, or by posting any such changes at our Services website, to Company of the receipt of a returned Entry from the ACH Operator no later than one (1) Business Day after the Business Day of such receipt. Except for an Entry retransmitted by Company in accordance with the requirements of Section 5, Bank shall have no obligation to retransmit a returned Entry. In no event shall Bank be liable for currency conversion loss due to returned transaction. Company may not reinitiate Entries except as prescribed by the Rules.
