Common use of Notice of Recall Clause in Contracts

Notice of Recall. (a) Notice of recall to an employee on the recall list shall be sent by registered mail to the employees last known address. An employee on the recall list may be bypassed when the employee fails to respond to the notice within five (5) working days of receiving it.
