Scheduling of Hours (1) Starting and finishing times scheduled by mutual agreement.
Span of Hours (a) The ordinary hours of work for a day worker will be between 6.00 am and 6.00 pm Monday to Friday.
Reduction of Hours The Employer shall not reduce the weekly hours of work of an employee for the purpose of replacing such hours with another employee at a lower hourly rate of pay.
Notice Any notice required or permitted to be given by either party to the other shall be deemed sufficient if sent by registered or certified mail, postage prepaid, addressed by the party giving notice to the other party at the last address furnished by the other party to the party giving notice: if to the Issuer, at 00 Xxxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxxxxx, and if to Distributors, at 00 Xxxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxxxxx.
Notice of Completion The Interconnection Customer shall notify the Transmission Provider and the Interconnected Transmission Owner in writing when it has completed construction of (i) the Customer Facility;
Notice of lay off shall not apply where the Employer can establish that the lay-off results from an act of God, fire or flood.
Notice of Hearing At least ten (10) days prior to the scheduled hearing, the claimant and his representative designated in writing by him, if any, shall receive written notice of the date, time, and place of such scheduled hearing. The claimant or his representative, if any, may request that the hearing be rescheduled, for his convenience, on another reasonable date or at another reasonable time or place.
Notice of Layoff The Employer shall make every reasonable effort under the circumstances to provide affected employees with at least fourteen (14) calendar days’ notice prior to the contemplated effective date of a layoff.
