Non-Solicitation of Suppliers. Executive agrees that during the Restricted Period, Executive will not, directly or indirectly, solicit or influence, or attempt to solicit or influence, the Company’s suppliers to provide goods or services then provided to the Employer to any other person or entity in Competition with the Employer.
Non-Solicitation of Suppliers. During employment and for two years after the termination for any reason of Executive's employment, Executive will not solicit any Supplier for the purpose of obtaining goods or services that Company obtained from that Supplier and that are used in or relate to any Products.
Non-Solicitation of Suppliers. You agree that during the Restricted Period, you will not, directly or indirectly, solicit or influence, or attempt to solicit or influence, the Novocure Group’s suppliers to provide goods or services then provided to the Novocure Group to any other person or entity in Competition with the Novocure Group.

The Executive agrees that while he is employed by the Employer and during a twenty-four month period after his employment terminates for any reason, the Executive shall not lure, entice away, or in any other manner persuade or attempt to persuade any Supplier to cease or materially reduce its business with the Employer or any of its Affiliates.

You agree that during the Restricted Period, you will not, directly or indirectly, solicit or influence, or attempt to solicit or influence, the Company’s suppliers to provide goods or services then provided to the Employer to any other person or entity in Competition with the Employer.

During Employee’s employment and during the Restricted Period, Employee shall not induce or attempt to induce any salesman, distributor, supplier, manufacturer, representative, agent, jobber or other person transacting business with Corporation to terminate their relationship with or Corporation, or to represent, distribute or sell products in competition with products of Corporation; or
Non-Solicitation of Suppliers. Throughout any period during which Employee is an employee of the Company, and for a period lasting until the later of (a) twelve (12) months from and after the Employment Cessation Date, (b) twelve (12) months from the date of entry by a court of competent jurisdiction of a final judgment enforcing this covenant in the event of a breach by Employee, or (c) the expiration of such other period as the Company and Employee may agree in writing after the date hereof, Employee covenants and agrees that Employee will not, for herself/himself or for the benefit of a Competing Business as defined in Section 5(c) of this Agreement, solicit, contract with or engage any (i) supplier or vendor that provided hardwood, engineered, bamboo, cork, resilient, laminate or tile flooring or related flooring products (or the raw materials required for such flooring or products) to the Company, and with whom Employee had contact, in each case during the twelve (12) months prior to the Employment Cessation Date, for purposes of providing products or services that are similar to and competitive with any of the products or services provided by the Company as of the Employment Cessation Date or (ii) entity, independent contractor or any other individual that provided installation services to the Company’s customers in connection with such customer’s hardwood, engineered, bamboo, cork, resilient, laminate or tile flooring, and with whom Employee had contact, in each case during the twelve (12) months prior to the Employment Cessation Date, for purposes of providing products or services that are similar to and competitive with any of the products or services provided by the Company as of the Employment Cessation Date.
Non-Solicitation of Suppliers. Employee covenants and agrees that, during the term of Employee’s employment with the Employer and for a period of twelve (12) months following the termination of such employment, regardless of the reason for such termination, the Employee will not, either directly or indirectly, in competition with the Employer’s Business, solicit, initiate contact with, entice, or recruit for a Competing Business, attempt to solicit, initiate contact with, entice or recruit for a Competing Business, or attempt to divert or appropriate to a Competing Business, any actual or prospective supplier of the Employer with whom Employee had contact on behalf of the Employer.
Non-Solicitation of Suppliers. During the Restriction Period, Executive shall not solicit any Supplier for the purpose of obtaining goods or services that the Company obtained from that Supplier and that are used in or relate to any Products.
Non-Solicitation of Suppliers. I agree that for a period of one (1) year immediately following the termination of my employment relationship with the Company, for any reason, I shall not, either directly or indirectly solicit, induce, recruit or encourage any of the hotels, affiliates, or commercially linked websites doing business with the Company to limit, curtail, or stop doing business with the Company or to attempt to divert business directed by such parties to the Company to any other person or entity.
