Employment Cessation Date definition

Employment Cessation Date means the earlier of Employee’s last day of active employment with Conduent or Employee’s termination date as reflected in Conduent’s records.
Employment Cessation Date means the later of Employee’s last day of active employment with Conduent or Employee’s termination date as reflected in Conduent’s records.

Examples of Employment Cessation Date in a sentence

  • For purposes of this Agreement, “Worker” shall mean any individual who was employed by the Company during any portion of the twelve-month period prior to the Employment Cessation Date with whom Employee, during such twelve-month time period, had contact or communications.

  • However, nothing in this Agreement shall prevent Employee from working in a position in a subdivision of a Competing Business that does not provide any of the products or services provided by the Company as of the Employment Cessation Date.

  • During Executive's employment with the Bank and for a period of six (6) months after the Employment Cessation Date, Executive shall not, on Executive's own behalf or on behalf of any third party, recruit or hire any individual who was employed by the Bank at any point during the twelve-month period prior the Employment Cessation Date with whom Executive, while employed by the Bank, had contact or communications.

  • On the Employment Cessation Date, the Executive Director shall cease to hold any employment or offices in the Company and in any subsidiaries and associated companies of the Company.

  • The Company will be obligated to ensure that all these formalities are completed in a timely manner to enable the payment of the Severance Payments as per clause 2.2 within 1 week from the Employment Cessation Date.

  • This term of this Agreement shall commence upon the Employment Cessation Date and shall continue until December 31, 2018 (the “Termination Date”), unless earlier terminated in accordance with Section 1.4 (the “Term”).

  • If the Executive serves through the Target Employment Cessation Date, his termination of employment as of such date shall be treated under the Change in Control and Severance Agreement under the Change in Control and Severance Agreement as a termination by the Company without Cause during a CiC Period.
