Prospective Supplier definition

Prospective Supplier means any individual, business, or entity with whom Employee had business contact with and from whom Employee sought to obtain products or services from on behalf of the Company in the final twelve (12) months of Employee’s employment. Suppliers or Prospective Suppliers include but are not limited to consultants, vendors, factories, and xxxxx.
Prospective Supplier means any person, firm or company who was at any time during the period of 6 months immediately preceding the Effective Date in negotiations with the Company or any Relevant Group Company with a view to such person, firm or company dealing with the Company or any Relevant Group Company as a supplier of goods or services and with or for whom you or any person reporting to you had dealings, was responsible or acted (other than at a de minimis level) or about whom you had access to Confidential Information during the said period.
Prospective Supplier means any natural or legal person or association of persons, whether registered in terms of legislation or not, who participates in any procurement process of the Municipality with a view to be awarded a contract to supply goods, render a service or execute work on behalf and for the benefit of the Municipality and includes any such person or association registered in the register;
