No collection for donations, whether for charity or otherwise, shall be made, attempted, or announced on the premises without prior approval of The Centre. Under no circumstances shall a specific monetary amount be requested.
NON-INCLUSIVE. The above enumerations of State rights are not inclusive and do not exclude other State rights not specified and to the extent not otherwise expressly limited by this agreement. The exercise or non- exercise of rights retained by the State shall not be construed to mean that any right of the State is waived. However the State shall not exercise any of its rights in an arbitrary or capricious manner.
NON-INCLUSIVE. Non-Binding. This letter does not contain all matters upon which agreement must be reached in order for the Parties to enter into the Transaction Documents and consummate the Transactions. This letter does not create and is not intended to create a binding and enforceable contract between the Parties with respect to the provision of Article 1 and the subject matter of any Transaction Document, and may not be relied upon by a Party as the basis for a contract by estoppel or otherwise. A binding commitment with respect to the Transactions and the Transaction Documents can only result from the execution and delivery of definitive Transaction Documents.
NON-INCLUSIVE. (A) The rules and regulations included in this Agreement and in the Parent-Player Handbook may not be all inclusive.

  • Owner Inclusion It is understood and agreed by all parties that “Owner/s” shall include the City of Lincoln, Lancaster County, Nebraska and Xxxxxxx-Xxxxxxxxx County Public Building Commission. Whenever in the Contract documents, including the instructions to bidders, specifications, insurance requirements, bonds, and terms and conditions or any other documents which are a part of the Contract, a singular entity is referenced (i.e., “the City” or “the County” or “Building Commission”) it shall mean the “Owners” encompassing the City of Lincoln, Lancaster County and Xxxxxxx-Xxxxxxxxx County Building Commission. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the duties and obligations of the City, the County, and the Building Commission pursuant to the Contract shall be treated as divisible and severable duties and obligations, and default by any one of the City, the County, or the Building Commission shall not be attributed to any other of the Owners, but shall remain the sole obligation of the defaulting entity.

  • Number; Inclusion references to the plural include the singular, the plural, the part and the whole; “or” has the inclusive meaning represented by the phrase “and/or,” and “including” has the meaning represented by the phrase “including without limitation”;

  • Singular Includes the Plural; Gender; Title Reference Whenever the singular number is used in this Contract and when required by the context, the same shall include the plural, and the use of any gender, be it masculine, feminine or neuter, shall include all of the genders, and the word “person” or “entity” shall include corporation, firm, partnership, or any other combination or association.   • References to Interest Unless the context otherwise requires, any reference to interest on, or in respect of, any Note in this Indenture shall be deemed to include Additional Interest if, in such context, Additional Interest is, was or would be payable pursuant to any of Section 4.06(d), Section 4.06(e) and Section 6.03.   • References to Subadviser During the term of this Agreement, AEFC agrees to furnish to Subadviser at its principal office all prospectuses, proxy statements, reports to shareholders, sales literature, or other material prepared for distribution to sales personnel, shareholders of the Fund or the public, which refer to Subadviser or its clients in any way, prior to use thereof and not to use such material if Subadviser reasonably objects in writing five business days (or such other time as may be mutually agreed upon) after receipt thereof. Sales literature may be furnished to Subadviser hereunder by first-class or overnight mail, electronic or facsimile transmission, or hand delivery.
