Additional Hours (a) where an employer requires and the part time employee agrees to work additional hours, the employee shall be paid for each additional hour or part thereof at the employee’s normal part time hourly rate of pay.
Service Hours The services shall be provided during the working hours and days as defined by the Contractor.
TRADING HOURS In accordance with the valid customs for trading Crypto Assets, there are no restrictions on trading hours in the Crypto Transactions at Trade Republic, except for blocking periods due to maintenance work. During the respective periods of maintenance work, trading of Crypto Assets is not possible. The maintenance periods are shown in the Application. Therefore, the Customer must be aware that trading cannot be guaranteed continuously. The trading hours with Crypto Assets have no influence on the trading hours of other asset classes at Trade Republic, which can be retrieved on the Trade Republic Website or in the Application.
Reasonable Additional Hours All hours worked over an average of 38 ordinary hours per week, will be deemed to be additional hours. All hours worked by permanent part-time employees beyond their specified number of hours will be treated as additional hours for the purpose of this subclause. From time to time, employees may be required to work a reasonable amount of additional hours. All additional hours worked will be paid in accordance with this Agreement. An employee may not be required to work additional hours in circumstances where the working of additional hours would result in the employee working hours which are unreasonable having regards to (refer to section 226 of the Act):
Extra Hours (a) Any additional hours beyond base hours shall be offered in a fair and impartial manner among "A" list part-time employees in the classification and in the geographical location in which the additional hours are required. Each zone, each bureau and One Yonge Street shall be considered separate geographical locations. A part-time employee who is scheduled to work, (under the terms of Article 7) additional hours beyond the base hours and who does not work those hours due to sickness, shall be paid for such hours under the application of the Sick Leave provisions under Article 13 and Clause (2405).
Additional Holidays Every day declared by the President, or the Governor of this State, as a public fast, mourning, thanksgiving, or holiday, or any day declared by the Governing Board under Education Code Section 45203 shall be a paid holiday for all employees in the bargaining unit.
Operating Hours Subject to Building Rules and Regulations and such security standards as Landlord may from time to time adopt, the Building shall be open to the public during the Building Operating Hours and the Premises shall be open to Tenant during hours other than Building Operating Hours.
Minimum Hours In the event of an employee starting work in any day and being sent home before s/he has completed four (4) hours, s/he shall be paid for four (4) hours at the regular rate of pay. In the event that an employee reports for work but is sent home before commencing work, s/he shall be paid for two (2) hours at regular rates. No pay entitlement will apply if the employee is incapable of performing his/her duties.
Office Hours (1) Full-time instructional academic employees shall maintain a posted five (5)-hour minimum office schedule each week. The specific office hours and office hours location shall be determined by the academic employee’s teaching schedule and shall receive the concurrence of the appropriate unit administrator.
Hours For the purposes of an unpaid 7.5-hour shift, the deduction from pay shall equate to 9.375 hours.
