NOISE AND CONDUCT. 1. Residents shall not make or allow any disturbing noises in the unit by Resident, family or guests, nor permit anything by such persons that will interfere with the rights, comforts or conveniences of other persons.

NOISE AND CONDUCT. Vessel Owner shall not make or allow any disturbing noises on the docks or anywhere on the premises, with particular emphasis between the hours of 7:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m., either by Vessel Owner or his/her family or guests, nor shall Vessel Owner permit such persons to engage in any conduct which will interfere with the rights, comforts or convenience of others. The activities and conduct of Vessel Owner and/or Vessel Owner's family while on Marina premises must be reasonable at all times. Vessel Owner assumes full responsibility for his/her guests' conduct and agrees to be held jointly and severally liable for all consequences of his/her guests actions or misconduct.
NOISE AND CONDUCT. All musical instruments, television sets, stereos, CD’s, radios, etc., are to be played at a volume which will not disturb other persons. You shall not make or allow any disturbing noises in the premises by resident, occupants, guests or invitees. You shall be responsible and liable for the conduct of your occupants, guests and invitees. Acts of occupants, guests and invitees in violation of this agreement or these rules and regulations shall be deemed by Owner/Agent to be a breach by resident. You and/or your guests must not wash or repair vehicles on property unless there is an area designated for the same. You agree to abide by rules and regulations established by Owner/Agent. Entrances, hallways, walks, lawns and other public areas shall not be obstructed. Recreational equipment and toys such as tricycles, scooters, wagons, etc. will be of size and quantity to permit storage inside the premises or on enclosed patios, or garages, if such is available. NOISE AND CONDUCT. RESIDENT agrees to obey all laws and ordinances applicable to the Complexes and agrees that RESIDENT and his or her family, guests, invitees, affiliates, and agents thereof will not be disorderly and will not disturb other residents at any time to include, but not limited to, car stereos while parked or driving through Complexes, noisy dogs/pets, noise from parties, any loud, unnecessary or unusual noise, including amplified sound, animals, construction, motor vehicles, power tools. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m. seven days a week. If RESIDENT has a complaint about noise nuisance contact the police to file a complaint, then notify the Community Courtesy Patrol at 209.345.5193.

Halyards shall be secured to eliminate noise. Owner assumes full responsibility for his/her guests' conduct and agrees to be held jointly and severally liable for all consequences of his/her guests actions or misconduct. Owners are not permitted to have parties on the dock without prior consent of the Marina.
NOISE AND CONDUCT. Disorder, depredations or indecorous conduct by tenant or his visitors that might injure a person, disturb other berth tenants, cause damage to the property or harm the reputation of the Marina shall be just cause for immediate termination of the Vessel Owner's Contract for Private Wharfage.
