NO VERBAL AGREEMENTS. There are and there will be no verbal agreements in any way modifying the terms of this Agreement.
NO VERBAL AGREEMENTS. There shall be no verbal agreements which qualify, modify, or supplement this Agreement.
NO VERBAL AGREEMENTS. Borrower has not made any verbal or written contract or arrangement of any kind, the occurrence, performance or recordation of which would give rise to a lien or security interest in the Collateral.
NO VERBAL AGREEMENTS. There are no verbal representations or other agreements which modify or affect this Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the full understanding between Buyer, Seller, and any agent.
NO VERBAL AGREEMENTS. There shall be no verbal agreements during the life of this contract and both parties agree that all disputes, grievances, and claims will be settled exclusively in accordance with the contract procedures as set forth herein. Any prior verbal agreements are herewith agreed to be considered null and void and no longer in effect.
NO VERBAL AGREEMENTS. A. SELLER and CONSULTANT acknowledge that this AGREEMENT does not guarantee a sale and that there are no other agreements, promises or understandings either expressed or implied between them other than specifically set forth, herein, and that there can be no alterations or changes to this AGREEMENT except in writing and signed by both CONSULTANT and SELLER. SELLER warrants there are no prior agreements on this PRACTICE, listing, sale or otherwise, that have not been terminated.
NO VERBAL AGREEMENTS. No verbal agreement or conversation with any officer, agent, or employee of District, either before, during, or after the execution of the Contract Documents shall affect or modify any term or condition contained in the Contract Documents, nor shall such verbal agreement or conversation entitle Contractor to any additional payment or time to perform whatsoever under the terms of this Facilities Lease.
NO VERBAL AGREEMENTS. Parties agree that absolutely no verbal agreements have been made.
NO VERBAL AGREEMENTS. Tenant agrees that this Lease, including its attachments, constitutes the entire agreement between Landlord and Tenant in regard to the leasing of the Premises. There are no understandings of any kind outside of this written Lease. Any representations or promises, which are not set forth in this Lease, are null and void. TENANT UNDER THE AGE OF LEGAL MAJORITY - CO-SIGNER(S): If Tenant has not reached the age of eighteen (18) years at the time of the signing of this Lease, as a condition of this Lease, Tenant’s parent(s), guardian(s), or sponsor(s) must execute this Lease as Co-signer(s). The Co-signer(s) agree(s) to assume all obligations that Tenant owes to Landlord under this Lease but does/do not have the right to occupy the Premises as a tenant. Both parents, guardians, or sponsors of the Tenant must execute this Lease before a Notary Public. If the parents, guardians, or sponsors are separated or divorced and both have financial responsibility for the Tenant, both of them and their current spouses, if any, must execute this Lease before a Notary Public. If only one parent, guardian or sponsor has financial responsibility for the Tenant, they must provide Landlord with evidence to that effect and they, along with their current spouse, if any, must execute this Lease before a Notary Public. Landlord reserves all rights, both civil and criminal, for any false execution or forgery of this Lease.
NO VERBAL AGREEMENTS. COMPANY and customer agree that there are no promises, terms, conditions, or obligations between the parties which are not already contained in this contract.
