No Lockout Clause. During the term of this Agreement, the LACMTA shall not cause or permit any lockout of any its employees.
No Lockout Clause. During the term of this agreement the employer agrees not to lock out or otherwise inhibit the Employees from performing the duties for which they are employed.

During the term of this Agreement, the LACMTA shall not cause or permit any lockout of any its employees. 2.4 JOINT LABOR MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE The MTA and the Teamsters Local 911 are committed to working together to make the MTA a safer and more secure organization for the benefit of the Public, the patrons and staff of the MTA. The parties agree to work together on a Joint Labor Management Committee to address issues regarding on-going and new hire training; uniforms, equipment, along with other items of interest to either party. Agreements reached at the JLMC will be memorialized in writing.

A "lockout" shall mean a cessation of work for the purpose of obtaining for the Library Board a concession or agreement from the Union in connection with labor negotiations.
