National Police Record Check. A current and satisfactory National Police Record Check must be presented to the Division of People and Culture by all new staff prior to commencement at Mildura Base Public Hospital.
National Police Record Check. When you apply for a National Police Record check you will receive a National Police Certificate. You are required, in accordance with CHM National Police Check Process, to obtain a current (no older than 6 months) National Police Certificate by week 2 of the first semester of your course and every 3 years thereafter. In addition, international students and students who have been a citizen of or have resided in another country since turning 16 years of age, must provide a National Police Certificate from the country of birth or country of residence. If you commit an offence during your course of study you are required to immediately notify the: • Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency, where applicable; and • PEP Coordinator/Administrator for your Program. Your case may be referred to the Manager, College of Health and Medicine PEP Safety in Practice for assessment. The Manager, PEP Safety in Practice may require you to undertake a new National Police History Record Check.
National Police Record Check. It is the practice of this school to require new employees to undergo a National Police Record Check (NPR Check). You are also required to apply for a NPR Check prior to commencing your placement with this school and to provide the resulting National Police Certificate to the school as soon as practicable. Your offer of placement at this school is conditional upon the school being satisfied, on the basis of the NPR Check, that you have not been charged with nor found guilty of any offence which would be incompatible with your position of trust and responsibility in the school. A declaration to this effect is part of the statement of acceptance of the offer set out below. Confidential Information In this letter, ‘Confidential Information’ means all information that is of a confidential nature of which you become aware or generate in the course of, or in connection with, your placement. You are permitted to use Confidential Information solely for the purposes of performing your duties. You must keep confidential all Confidential Information other than Confidential Information that: You are required to disclose in the course of performing your duties; That is public knowledge (other than as a result of a breach of confidentiality by you); or That you are required by law to disclose. Your obligations in this clause continue to apply after the cessation of your placement.
