Keep Confidential. (a) the existence and the provisions of this Agreement and of any agreement entered into pursuant to this Agreement;

Each party (Receiving Party) receiving, possessing or otherwise acquiring Confidential Information of any other party (Disclosing Party) acknowledges that the Disclosing Party's Confidential Information is the property of and confidential to or a trade secret of the Disclosing Party. Subject to clause 14.2, the Receiving Party must:
Keep Confidential. The Supplier shall keep confidential the Confidential Information and shall not, without the prior written consent of the Customer, use, disclose, copy or modify the Confidential Information other than is necessary for the exercise of its rights, and performance of its obligations, under this Agreement.
Keep Confidential. The Customer undertakes to treat as and keep confidential all Confidential Information and shall not, without the prior written consent of Alncom, use, disclose, copy or modify the Confidential Information other than as necessary for the exercise of its rights, and performance of its obligations, under this Agreement.
Keep Confidential. The Sellers Confidential Information shall be kept confidential by the Sellers and not disclosed by the Sellers or its officers, directors, employees, agents, solicitor, engineers, accountants or consultants, provided that the Sellers shall be entitled to utilize the Sellers Confidential Information for legal purposes directly relating to enforcement of or defending its rights as against the Purchaser, and its successors or assigns, or third parties, or in dealing with any governmental or regulatory authorities in respect of Taxes or any other bona fide purpose which is reasonably necessary in order to protect the Seller’s interests but which does not jeopardize the interests, assets or operations of the Company, VPNWT, VPCI GP, the Purchaser or their successors or assigns.
Keep Confidential. Subject to clauses 28.2, 28.3 and 28.4, the Licensee must keep the contents of this Related Agreement and all documents and information made available to it under, or in connection with, or in the course of the performance of, the Licence, this Related Agreement or any other Agreements, confidential and must not disclose the same to any other person without the prior written consent of the Minister.
Keep Confidential. The Service Provider shall keep confidential the Confidential Information and shall not, without the prior written consent of the Company, use, disclose, copy or modify the Confidential Information other than as necessary for the exercise of its rights, and performance of its obligations, under this Agreement.
