MyFloridaMarketPlace Transaction Fee Clause Samples
The MyFloridaMarketPlace Transaction Fee clause establishes the requirement for vendors to pay a specific fee on transactions conducted through the MyFloridaMarketPlace (MFMP) system. This fee is typically calculated as a percentage of the total sales amount for goods or services sold to state agencies via the MFMP platform. The clause outlines the process for fee calculation, reporting, and payment, and may specify deadlines and consequences for non-compliance. Its core function is to ensure that vendors contribute to the operational costs of the MFMP system, thereby supporting the platform’s maintenance and continued service to state agencies.
