Additional Requirements of Law, Regulation and Funding Source. As provided in Section 5 of this Contract, the Provider is required to comply with the following requirements, as applicable to its performance under this Contract, as they may be enacted or amended from time to time. Provider acknowledges that it is independently responsible for investigating and complying with all state and federal laws, rules and regulations relating to its performance under this Contract and that the below is only a sample of the state and federal laws, rules and regulations that may govern its performance under this Contract.
