Additional Recipients EStatements and eDocuments can only be set up for an account under one NetTeller User ID. If you wish for your eStatements and eDocuments notifications to go to more than one person for an account then you may set this up under the eDocuments tab in NetTeller or under the Documents tab in the TNStateBank Mobile App, clicking on “Additional Recipients” tab and providing a username, email address and PIN for the additional recipient. You may also assign specific documents for which you want the recipient receive. After this information has been provided, you will be required to accept this Agreement on behalf of the additional recipient. By accepting the Agreement, you acknowledge that you are providing your account information to a recipient that may or may not be an owner on your account. We will be held harmless for this action. You may revoke this access at any time by removing the additional recipient in the “Additional Recipients” tab. Changes and/or Termination of this Agreement Except as otherwise required by law, rule, or regulation, we may change the terms of this Agreement at any time. When changes are made we will update this Agreement in NetTeller and on the TNStateBank Mobile App. NetTeller and the TNStateBank Mobile App will be updated on the effective date, unless an immediate change is necessary to maintain the security of the system or unless a law, rule or regulation requires that it be updated at an earlier time. If such a change is made, and it cannot be disclosed without jeopardizing the security of the system, this Agreement will be updated within thirty

  • Keys or Access Devices We’ll furnish keys and/or access devices on the Lease start date and only after: (1) all parties have signed the Lease and all other rental documents and (2) all applicable rents and security deposits have been paid in full.

  • OWNERSHIP OF ACCESS DEVICES Your Card and/or any other Account access device will remain Our property and any such Card or other Account access device We may issue may be cancelled or its use restricted by Us at any time without notice, except as may be required by applicable law. You agree to surrender any such Card and/or access device and to discontinue its use immediately upon Our request. You will be required to return any Account access device(s) to Us immediately upon the closing of Your Account.

  • User Access Transfer Agent shall have a process to promptly disable access to Fund Data by any Transfer Agent personnel who no longer requires such access. Transfer Agent will also promptly remove access of Fund personnel upon receipt of notification from Fund.

  • Market Access 1. With respect to market access through the modes of supply identified in the "trade in services" definition of Article 104 (Definitions), each Party shall accord to services and service suppliers of the other Party treatment no less favourable than that provided for under the terms, limitations and conditions agreed and specified in its Schedule (7). 2. In sectors where market access commitments are undertaken, the measures which a Party shall not maintain or adopt either on the basis of a regional subdivision or on the basis of its entire territory, unless otherwise specified in its Schedule, are defined as: (a) limitations on the number of service suppliers whether in the form of numerical quotas, monopolies, exclusive service suppliers or the requirements of an economic needs test; (b) limitations on the total value of service transactions or assets in the form of numerical quotas or the requirement of an economic needs test; (c) limitations on the total number of service operations or on the total quantity of service output expressed in terms of designated numerical units in the form of quotas or the requirement of an economic needs test; (8) (d) limitations on the total number of natural persons that may be employed in a particular service sector or that a service supplier may employ and who are necessary for, and directly related to, the supply of a specific service in the form of numerical quotas or the requirement of an economic needs test; (e) measures which restrict or require specific types of legal entity or joint venture through which a service supplier may supply a service; or (f) limitations on the participation of foreign capital in terms of maximum percentage limit on foreign shareholding or the total value of individual or aggregate foreign investment.

  • Data Access Control Persons entitled to use data processing systems gain access only to the Personal Data that they have a right to access, and Personal Data must not be read, copied, modified or removed without authorization in the course of processing, use and storage. Measures: • As part of the SAP Security Policy, Personal Data requires at least the same protection level as “confidential” information according to the SAP Information Classification standard. • Access to Personal Data is granted on a need-to-know basis. Personnel have access to the information that they require in order to fulfill their duty. SAP uses authorization concepts that document grant processes and assigned roles per account (user ID). All Customer Data is protected in accordance with the SAP Security Policy. • All production servers are operated in the Data Centers or in secure server rooms. Security measures that protect applications processing Personal Data are regularly checked. To this end, SAP conducts internal and external security checks and penetration tests on its IT systems. • SAP does not allow the installation of software that has not been approved by SAP. • An SAP security standard governs how data and data carriers are deleted or destroyed once they are no longer required.

  • Access to Network Interface Device (NID 2.4.3.1. Due to the wide variety of NIDs utilized by BellSouth (based on subscriber size and environmental considerations), Mpower may access the on-premises wiring by any of the following means: BellSouth shall allow Mpower to connect its loops directly to BellSouth’s multi-line residential NID enclosures that have additional space and are not used by BellSouth or any other telecommunications carriers to provide service to the premise. Mpower agrees to install compatible protectors and test jacks and to maintain the protection system and equipment and to indemnify BellSouth pursuant to Section 8 of the General Terms and Conditions of this Agreement.

In the case of domain passwords, the system forces a password change every six months in compliance with the requirements for complex passwords. Full remote access to SAP’s corporate network and critical infrastructure is protected by strong authentication.

  • USE OF TBS ACCESS CODE (a) An Account Holder may operate the TBS in relation to his Account by using his TBS Access Code.
