Use of Online Services. You Will Not: • Use our Online Services or Content in any way not expressly permitted by these Terms; • Copy, modify or harvest data, Content, or materials from the Online Services; • remove or alter, any copyright or other proprietary rights or notices on the Online Services; • Misrepresent your identity or provide any false information; • Interfere with the operation of our Online Services; • Share any password with any third parties or use any third-party’s password; • Engage in commercial, competitive, or viral messaging, or sending of unsolicited advertisements, or similar communications, including harmful computer code, viruses, or malware; • Use the Online Services in any way that could, in our sole judgment, interfere with any other party's use or enjoyment of the Online Services, impair our networks or servers, or expose us or any third party to any claims or liability whatsoever, or use software or other means to access, "scrape," "crawl," or "spider," any web pages or other services from the Online Services. If you are blocked from the Online Services (including by blocking your IP address), you agree not to implement any measures to circumvent such blocking; • Directly or indirectly authorize anyone else to take actions prohibited in this section; or • Attempt to reverse engineer any of the software used to provide the Online Services. You Agree That: • You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations; • You represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years of age, and that, if you are between 13 and the age of majority in your state and otherwise not emancipated, a parent and/or guardian agrees to these Terms on your behalf; and • We may take any measures we deem appropriate, in our sole discretion and permitted by law, to enforce these Terms.

Use of Online Services a) Initial Account and Service Set-Up. You must provide Symantec with all reasonably necessary Customer Content to allow Symantec to provision and deliver each Online Service.

Use of Online Services. The Software may cause Customer’s Computer, without additional notice and on an intermittent or regular basis, to automatically connect to the Internet to facilitate Customer’s access to content and services that are provided by Adobe or third parties as further described in Section 16.4 (Online Services). In addition, the Software may, without additional notice, automatically connect to the Internet to update downloadable materials from these online services so as to provide immediate availability of these services even when Customer is offline.
Use of Online Services. You or Your Affiliates are permitted to use the Online Services i) for Your internal business purpose, ii) up to the Meter amount for which You have purchased a Subscription, iii) only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with applicable laws, and iv) in accordance with any use limitations defined in the applicable Service Description. If You do not comply with these requirements, Symantec reserves the right to immediately suspend all or part of the Online Services during such non- compliance, without compensation to You of any kind.
Use of Online Services a. You must ensure that access to the Online Services is restricted to the Programme Administrator(s) and any Account Users You reasonably consider require access. You must ensure that these individuals only access the Online Service via our web site, xxxx://xxxxxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx.xx/wps/portal/btacorporation, using the assigned Security Information.
Use of Online Services. The College will provide software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and photoshop for free. Please bring your laptop to IT to get all the software and services enabled on your laptop. Students are recommended to save all their data to OneDrive. Work created using Office 365 can be directly emailed to the teachers or saved in OneDrive. Data saved in OneDrive will be kept on the Internet, sometimes referred to as Cloud storage. OneDrive will provide students access to their saved work via the Internet from anywhere in the world. Only College-related data should be stored in OneDrive. The students are responsible for: • Storing only College subject-based material on OneDrive • Ensuring that no personal or medical-based information is stored in OneDrive • Ensuring that no personal images are stored in OneDrive • Ensuring that emails sent to and from their College email account are college-related only

Use of Online Services. College provided devices will come with pre-installed Office 365 apps and Adobe Creative Cloud Suite. College provided student email accounts will be connected to their online storage called OneDrive. Work created using Office 365 can be directly emailed to the teachers or saved in OneDrive. Use of Online Services. You, Your Affiliates, and third party consultants may use the Online Services (i) solely for Your or Your Affiliates internal business purpose, (ii) up to the Meter amount for which You have purchased a Subscription, (iii) in compliance with applicable laws and Symantec’s Acceptable Use Policy (xxx.xxxxxxxx.xxx/xxxxx/xxxxx/xxxxxxxxxx), and (iv) in accordance with any use limitations defined in the applicable Service Description, provided You assume full responsibility for all actions in connection with such use. If You do not comply with these requirements, Symantec reserves the right to suspend all or part of the Online Services during such non-compliance or terminate the affected Online Services in accordance with this Agreement. You must provide Symantec with information reasonably required to allow Symantec to provision and deliver the Online Service(s) or Symantec’s delivery of the Service(s) may be delayed or prevented.
Use of Online Services. Client, its Affiliates, and third party consultants may use the Online Services (i) solely for Client and its Affiliates’ internal business purpose, (ii) up to the Meter amount for which Client has purchased a Subscription, (iii) in compliance with applicable laws and Coalfire’s published Acceptable Use Policy available at xxx.xxxxxxxx.xxx/xxxxxxxxxx/XXX, and (iv) in accordance with any use limitations defined in the applicable Service Description, provided that Client assumes full responsibility for all actions in connection with such use. If Client does not comply with these requirements, Coalfire reserves the right to suspend all or part of the Online Services during such non- compliance or terminate the affected Online Services in accordance with this Agreement upon ten (10) days written notice if not cured by Client. Client must timely provide Coalfire with information reasonably required by Coalfire to allow Coalfire to provision and deliver the Online Services or Coalfire’s delivery of the Services may be delayed or prevented.
