In the event that any subsequent release of BMS's software requires hardware upgrades during the Term of this License, at its sole cost and expense, DCC shall make such changes to the hardware as reasonably requested by BMS; provided, however, such cost to DCC shall not exceed the amount set forth on Exhibit C. ---------
