Monitoring Training Programs. Provincial trainers will share their training plans with Training & Capacity Building Dept and PEOs and ensure them with reference to their practical implementation. Third party monitoring firm as well as HQ trainers will monitor the training programs for DFCs especially in provinces where security is good. Provincial trainers will monitor training programs conducted by DFCs for PCs managers and PSs’ chairpersons and identification and indelible ink officers and when needed, they will help them. In case of need, training programs will be re-conducted for some of the staff. In some areas, if based on security and geographical considerations, there are no possibilities of monitoring DFCs’ training programs, the trainers, in line with an organized plan and schedule, will contact DFCs through mobile or satellite and solve their problems. For the purpose of collecting accurate statistics of the number of staff being trained, the form of training report is given to DFCs and provincial trainers will pay their close and accurate attention in this regard. In order to ensure organized communication with PEOs, DFCs and HQ training section will be equipped with communication tools, such as mobile and thura. Also, in each province, 1-2 computers have been taken into consideration for training-related activities’ managerial purpose, preparing some training materials plus ensuring communications with HQ. Provincial trainers, at the end of each week, will send their weekly regular reports to Training & Capacity Building Dept. So as to ensure regular and organized communications and solve training problems in due time, 1-2 trainers will be determined as focal points for each zone. Moreover, from each province, one trainer will be introduced to Training & Capacity Building Dept as focal point. Details of communication circumstances will be clarified through a separate procedure. For the purpose of monitoring training programs, transportation vehicles, at least one car in small provinces and two cars in big provinces, will be provided to training office in each province. To ensure that the training programs will be implemented correctly and accurately, Third Party Monitoring Firm, HQ and POs’ staff plus staff of ELECT Project, using the checklist already prepared by Training & Capacity Building Dept, will monitor the training programs. Furthermore, civil society organizations, AIHRC and UNAMA, in coordination with POs’ staff, are allowed to monitor the training programs.

  • Training Programs All employees shall successfully complete all necessary training prior to being assigned work (e.g., all employees will complete health and safety training prior to being assigned to task). Nothing in this Article or provision shall constitute a waiver of either party’s bargaining obligations or defenses. The Employer still has an obligation to notify and bargain changes in terms and conditions of employment with the exclusive representative.

  • Training Program It is agreed that there shall be an Apprenticeship Training Program, the provisions of which are set forth in Exhibit "C", which is attached hereto and forms part of this Agreement.

  • Pilot Programs The Employer may develop voluntary pilot programs to test the acceptability of various risk management programs. Incentives for participation in such programs may include limited short-term improvements to the benefits outlined in this Article. Implementation of such pilot programs is subject to the review and approval of the Joint Labor-Management Committee on Health Plans.

  • Training a. The employer, in consultation with the local, shall be responsible for developing and implementing an ongoing harassment and sexual harassment awareness program for all employees. Where a program currently exists and meets the criteria listed in this agreement, such a program shall be deemed to satisfy the provisions of this article. This awareness program shall initially be for all employees and shall be scheduled at least once annually for all new employees to attend.

  • Training Plan Within 90 days after the Effective Date, Good Shepherd shall develop a written plan (Training Plan) that outlines the steps Good Shepherd will take to ensure that: (a) all Covered Persons receive adequate training regarding Good Shepherd’s CIA requirements and Compliance Program, including the Code of Conduct and (b) all Relevant Covered Persons receive adequate training regarding: (i) the Federal health care program requirements regarding eligibility for hospice services upon initial admission, recertification for continued stay, and for Continuous Care, Respite Care, and General Inpatient Care; (ii) the role of physicians in making eligibility determinations; (iii) the accurate coding and submission of claims; (iv) policies, procedures, and other requirements applicable to the documentation of medical records; (v) the personal obligation of each individual involved in the claims submission process to ensure that such claims are accurate; (vi) applicable reimbursement statutes, regulations, and program requirements and directives; (vii) the legal sanctions for violations of the Federal health care program requirements; and (viii) examples of proper and improper eligibility determinations, documentation, and claims submission practices. The Training Plan shall include information regarding the training topics, the categories of Covered Persons and Relevant Covered Persons required to attend each training session, the length of the training, the schedule for training, and the format of the training. Within 30 days of the OIG’s receipt of Good Shepherd’s Training Plan, OIG will notify Good Shepherd of any comments or objections to the Training Plan. Absent notification by the OIG that the Training Plan is unacceptable, Good Shepherd may implement its Training Plan. Good Shepherd shall furnish training to its Covered Persons and Relevant Covered Persons pursuant to the Training Plan during each Reporting Period.

  • Training and Education SECTION 1 – Law Enforcement Supervisors’ Training The state and the PBA recognize the importance of supervisor training programs to develop management skills in our law enforcement supervisors. The state will make a reasonable effort to continue existing training programs in law enforcement techniques and to develop new programs in performance review techniques, supervisory skills, and managerial techniques.

  • Educational Programs 412. Subject to the approval of the appointing officer, Personal Property Auditors and other represented employees shall be on paid status when attending educational programs required to maintain a job-related state license.
