Presenting Brief Presentations on Mock Polling and Vote Counting Processes. Training & Capacity Building Dept, for the purpose of presenting information with respect to election operational plans and electoral procedures of training programs, will give brief presentations to regional coordinators and PEOs, members of the Commission, staff of IECS and advisors. These presentations will throw light on operational plan, polling and vote counting phases and electoral materials used on E-day. These programs will be conducted in accordance with the schedule prepared already. Training & Capacity Building Dept plans to conduct short-term (1-2 hours) introductory courses for the staff of IEC newly employed. These programs aim to familiarize the new staff with structure of the Commission, activities, general electoral issues and especially presidential and provincial councils’ elections. Using power points, these presentations will be prepared. Keeping in mind the need, these programs will be held at different times. Similar programs will be conducted for newly-employed advisors who, apart from the issues above mentioned, will be provided information about the country, customs and culture.

  • Project Monitoring Reporting and Evaluation The Recipient shall furnish to the Association each Project Report not later than forty-five (45) days after the end of each calendar semester, covering the calendar semester.
