Misting System Routine and Preventive Maintenance. Inspection, and Repair Contractor shall inspect and perform routine preventive maintenance of all equipment related to the misting system at Prima Deshecha Landfill near Xxxxxx’x Ridge parallel to the northern asphalt road per the O&M manual and in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations. Maintenance of all the misting system equipment, which shall include, but is not limited to, hoses, tubing, stainless steel lines, nozzles, pumps, and fog emitters. Routine maintenance shall also include monthly solar panel cleaning, replacement and cleaning of nozzles, and periodic system inspections. This task shall be performed in a timely manner and with County of Orange, OC Waste & Recycling O&M Services of Groundwater Extraction Systems minimum disruption of operations. In addition, Contractor shall keep a bound logbook on-site and shall record all visits and the summary of services rendered. Date, time, personnel, actions taken, and any other pertinent information shall be recorded permanently in ink. All problems and issues shall be documented and when appropriate, photographed with a digital camera. Photographs shall be labeled with the location, date, time, personnel involved, and comments regarding the problem. All photographs and negatives shall become the property of the County.

  • Preventive Maintenance The Contractor shall provide necessary preventive maintenance, required testing and inspection, calibration and/or other work necessary to maintain the equipment in complete operational condition during the warranty period.

  • Corrective Maintenance ‌ Corrective Maintenance as referred to herein shall mean Repair and/or Replacement Services. For the purposes of evaluating whether Corrective Maintenance qualifies as either Minor or Major Corrective Maintenance, the Contractor shall calculate the total cost of the Corrective Maintenance in accordance with the following formulas, and the cost shall be calculated per Repair Item which shall be compared to the Major/Minor Corrective Maintenance Threshold listed in Table 2. The Contractor shall justify all costs for Major Corrective Maintenance to the Authorized User’s satisfaction, and for Repair Items that qualify as Major Corrective Maintenance the Contractor shall be compensated for the full cost of the work unless the corrective maintenance is determined to be the result of the Contractor’s negligence, in which case the Contract shall not be additionally compensated. Prior to performing any Major Corrective Maintenance, the Contractor shall submit a Cost Proposal to the Authorized User for approval. The Cost Proposal shall be a maximum, not to exceed price; shall include all labor and material costs associated with the Major Corrective Maintenance and shall be calculated on a per item basis (like items shall not be combined in the calculation). Upon approval, a letter authorizing the work will be issued by the Authorized User and a copy of such letter must accompany the invoice for the Major Corrective Maintenance services. Please note that if subcontractors are to be used, the requirements of Section 2.22 ‘Subcontracting of Work’ shall be met.

  • System Maintenance The Trust understands that USBFS will perform periodic maintenance to the System(s), which may cause temporary service interruptions. To the extent possible, USBFS shall notify the Trust of all planned outages and will perform any necessary maintenance during non-business hours.
