Maintenance Scheduling. The NTO shall schedule maintenance of its facilities designated as NTO Transmission Facilities Under ISO Operational Control and schedule any outages (other than forced transmission outages) of said transmission system facilities in accordance with outage schedules approved by the ISO. The NTO shall comply with maintenance schedules coordinated by the ISO, pursuant to this Agreement, for NTO Transmission Facilities Under ISO Operational Control. The NTO shall be responsible for providing notification of maintenance schedules to the ISO for NTO Transmission Facilities Requiring ISO Notification. The NTO shall provide notification of maintenance schedules to affected Transmission Owners for NTO Transmission Facilities Requiring ISO Notification and Local Area Transmission Facilities pursuant to Section 3.5.3 of the ISO Services Tariff.

Maintenance Scheduling. Carrier shall keep Charterer advised, on a reasonable and regular basis, as to the scheduled maintenance requirements for the Aircraft and any other matters affecting the scheduling of the Aircraft.
Maintenance Scheduling. ALLETE shall be responsible for arranging all scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, repairs and inspections of the Aircraft. The Owners acknowledge and agree that such maintenance, repairs and inspections shall not be delayed or postponed for the purpose of scheduling, or previously scheduled, use of the Aircraft unless the maintenance or inspection can be safely conducted at a later time in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations and within the sound discretion of the pilot-in-command. The Aircraft will be maintained in accordance with applicable manufacturers' recommended maintenance schedules, applicable regulations, and airworthiness directives.
Maintenance Scheduling. The Generating Facilities' five year maintenance outage schedule will be provided by GENCO ninety (90) days prior to the commencement of each Contract Year. GENCO will not schedule major maintenance outages in the months of June, July and August, except in the case of System Emergency or by mutual agreement, or in response to unusual circumstances in accordance with Prudent Utility Practice. The Parties recognize that certain non-scheduled routine maintenance will be conducted throughout the year, as required, for the purpose of inspection, cleaning and/or repair of power plant equipment. GENCO will attempt to schedule and implement such outages in the off peak periods. GENCO will inform LIPA when such maintenance is required.
