Missed Shift Sample Clauses

Missed Shift. In the event the person designated by the Employer to call in employees misses an employee causing a call-in error, as confirmed by the Executive Director, the affected employee(s) will be scheduled a mutually agreed to make-up shift during the next pay period or pay period following when unable to do so in first pay period following error. If the parties are unable to mutually agree, the Employer will be deemed to have met their obligation.

  • Hour Shift An eight (8) hour tour shall be inclusive of an unpaid one-half (1/2) hour meal period, and two fifteen (15) minute paid relief periods.

  • Second Shift The second shift shall be seven and one-half (7½) hours of continuous employment, except for lunch period at mid-shift, and shall be paid eight (8) hours at the straight time hourly wage rate.

  • Twelve Hour Shifts Employees shall be entitled, subject to exigencies of patient care and/or departmental requirements, to rest periods during the shift of a total of forty-five (45) minutes.
