Minimum Payment; Application of Payments. You must pay at least the minimum payment shown on your monthly statement each billing period. If the New Balance is more than $15, the minimum payment is $15 or 2.5% of the New Balance, whichever is greater. The minimum payment will be rounded up to the nearest dollar. If the New Balance is less than $15, the total New Balance is due. Any amounts past due or in excess of your Credit Limit will also be added to the minimum payment. Payment for more than the minimum amount due will be accepted as a single payment for that month. Any amount over the minimum is not applicable to future amounts due. In accordance with applicable law, we will choose the order in which payments are applied to your Account.

The Minimum Payment will be the largest of: (A) $10; or (B) 2.5% of the “New Balance” shown on your Statement, plus any past due amounts; or (C) 1.0% of the New Balance shown on your Statement, plus (i) the total Finance Charge shown on your Statement, AND (ii) late fees, overlimit fees and returned payment fees. If your New Balance is less than $10, you must pay us the total New Balance. In addition to the Minimum Payment you agree to pay any “Overlimit Amount” (as shown on your Statement) each month by the due date shown on your Statement. You may pay any or all of the New Balance of your Account at any time without incurring any prepayment charge. If you pay more than the Minimum Payment, you must still pay at least the Minimum Payment each time we send you a Statement. You can not use a convenience check drawn on us to make a payment. All payments, including any payments made by check, must be in U.S. dollars. With regard to each payment, we will decide in accordance with applicable law the application of your payment. We reserve the right to allocate your payments to balances (including new transactions) with lower annual percentage rates before balances with higher annual percentage rates. We may allow you, from time to time, to skip one or more monthly payments, and we will notify you when this option is available. If you elect to skip a payment, finance charges will continue to accrue, and the requirement to make a Minimum Payment each month will resume following the skip payment period. IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT CREDIT AVAILABILITY: In order to ensure there is enough time for a payment to clear the account on which it is drawn, we may not make the payment amount available to re-borrow for a period of 10 or 14 days, depending on the amount of the payment and other factors.

  • Entitlement and Calculation of Payment Subject to maintaining any superior conditions concerning entitlement, vacation entitlement shall be as follows: An employee who has completed less than one year of continuous service as of his anniversary date of hire shall be entitled to two annual vacation. An employee who has completed one year but less than three years of continuous service as of his anniversary date of hire shall be entitled to two weeks' annual vacation with pay. An employee who has completed eight years but less than fifteen years of continuous service as of his anniversary date of hire shall be entitled to four annual vacation with Effective in the vacation year where the date for determining vacation entitlement in the individual Hospital falls on or after January the service requirement for four weeks vacation shall be six or more years of full-time continuous service. Effective in the vacation year where the date for determining vacation entitlement falls on or after January the service requirement for four weeks vacation shall be five or more years of full-time continuous service. An employee who has completed fifteen years but less than twenty-five years of continuous service as of his anniversary date of hire shall be entitled to five annual vacation with pay. An employee who has completed twenty-five or more years of continuous service as of his anniversary date of hire shall be entitled to six weeks annual vacation with pay. Vacation pay shall be calculated on the basis of the employees' regular straight time rate of pay times their normal weekly hours of work, subject to the application of the Effect of Absence provision.

  • ADJUSTEMENT/ APPROPRIATION OF PAYMENTS The Allottee authorized the Promoter to adjust/ appropriate all payments made by him/ her under any head(s) of dues against lawful outstanding of the Allottee against the [Apartment/Plot], if any, in his/ her name and the Allottee undertakes not to object/ demand/ direct the Promoter to adjust his payments in any manner.

  • Condition of Payment All services provided by the Contractor under this Contract must be performed to the State’s reasonable satisfaction, as determined at the discretion of the undersigned State representative and in accordance with all applicable federal, state, local laws, ordinances, rules and regulations. The State shall not be required to pay for work found to be unsatisfactory, inconsistent with this Contract or performed in violation of any federal, state or local statute, ordinance, rule or regulation.

  • Verification of payment claims Project promoters shall submit interim and final project reports containing information on project progress and incurred expenditure. In line with point i) of Article 5.6.2 of the Regulation incurred expenditure reported shall be subject to administrative verifications before the report is approved. Verifications to be carried out shall cover administrative, financial, technical and physical aspects of projects, as appropriate, and be in accordance with the principle of proportionality. Examination of proof of expenditure related to the administrative verifications may be carried out on a sample basis. Additionally, in line with point ii) of Article 5.6.2 of the Regulation on–the-spot verifications of projects, which may be carried out on a sample basis, shall be carried out. The detailed procedure for verification will be further detailed in the description of the Programme Operator’s management and control systems.
