Military Sales. Producers may not solicit or sell Products on a military base or installation. For purposes of this Agreement, a military base or installation includes any state or federally owned, leased, or operated base, reservation, post, camp, building or other facility to which service members are assigned for duty, including barracks, transient housing or family quarters. Producers will, and will ensure that their sales representatives, comply with the Military Personnel Financial Services Act, the National Association of Insurance Commissioners Military Sales Practices Model Regulation and any other applicable federal, state or military law, regulation or directive concerning sales to military personnel and their dependents.

Military Sales. Please delete the last paragraph in its entirety that begins, “In filing contracts and other agreements with U.S. military customer…” and replace with the following: “In filing contracts and other agreements with U.S. military customers (or their contractors), the Service Provider will be required to fill part orders at a price below the transfer price.   • Military Leave An employee will be granted unpaid Military Leave in accordance with the Employment Standards Act. The employee will give as much notice as is reasonably possible and will provide a copy of the Military Notice when received.

  • Military Reserve Training In accordance with State and Federal laws, any employee who is a member of any reserve component of the military forces of the United States required by official military orders or related authority to attend Military Reserve Training shall receive full wages at their current base pay rate for the period of the active duty required for such training not to exceed fifteen (15) days per calendar year.

  • Military Training Leave An employee who has served with the State of Oregon or its counties, municipalities or other political subdivisions for six (6) months or more immediately preceding an application for military leave, and who is a member of the National Guard or of any reserve components of the armed forces of the United States is entitled to a leave of absence with pay for a period not exceeding fifteen (15) calendar days or eleven (11) workdays in any federal fiscal year. If the training time for which the employee is called to active duty is longer than fifteen (15) calendar days, the employee may be paid for the first eleven (11) days only if such time is served for the purpose of discharging an obligation of annual active duty for training in the military reserve or National Guard.

  • Military Family Leave Employees may use vacation leave for leave as required by the Military Family Leave Act, RCW 49.77 and in accordance with Article 19.13.

  • Military Service Leave The Employer and the Union agree that the matter of leave of absence for an employee during the period of his/her military service with the armed forces of the United States, and of his/her reinstatement thereafter, shall be governed by applicable statutes.
