Membership Dues Deduction. A. The Board shall deduct from the salary of the member, membership dues of the association and transmit the deductions to the association provided the Board has been presented with an authorization form signed by the individual members authorizing such deductions.

The Board shall deduct Association membership dues from the salary of all members who have authorized such deductions by delivering to the member, membership dues Treasurer of the association and transmit Board a written check-off authorization form. These deductions shall be in the deductions amount authorized or such lawful dues as the Association's constitution or by-laws may be amended to the association provided the Board has been presented with an authorization form signed by the individual members authorizing such deductionsprovide.
