The Policy Board shall hold up to three regular meetings per year, with the option for additional or special meetings as determined by the Chief Executive Officer or Chair of the Policy Board after consultation with the Chief Executive Officer. Meetings and Special Meetings of the Board. 3.10.1 The Board of Directors shall hold at least one regular meeting per year, and by action of the Board entered on its minutes, may provide for the holding of regular or special meetings at more frequent intervals. The date upon which, and the hour and place at which, each such regular meeting shall be held shall be fixed by action of the Board recorded on its minutes. All meetings of the Board shall be held in locations selected by the Board considering all affected entities. Such meeting locations may be rotated between regions to reasonably accommodate all participating entities.
