Meeting with Principal or Immediate Supervisor. The principal or immediate supervisor shall meet with the employee in a private, professional setting to apprise the employee of the full nature of the complaint, except where confidentiality is required by law. The employee shall have the right to put in writing a response to any complaint inserted in his file. If the complaint is found to be false by the principal or immediate supervisor, all records shall be removed from the employee's file.
