Medical Insurance and Other Benefits. During the Employment Period Executive will be entitled to participate in applicable medical, dental and disability insurance plans, life insurance plans, retirement plans and other employee welfare and benefit plans or programs made available to the Company’s executives or its employees generally, in accordance with and subject to the terms of such plans and programs (including, but not limited to, terms relating to eligibility and continued participation) as may be in effect from time to time.
Medical Insurance and Other Benefits. Executive shall be entitled to receive full health, dental, vision, and disability insurance, as well as any other benefits customarily offered to other senior executive officers of the Company, all upon terms no less favorable to Executive, with all premiums and costs to be paid by the Company. The Company shall also provide to Executive, at Company's expense, life insurance coverage at standard premium rates having a death benefit payable to a beneficiary selected by the Executive equal to $1,000,000 and disability insurance at standard premium rates which provides salary replacement benefits, not to exceed $250,000 in the aggregate, in the event Executive becomes incapacitated. Executive shall be required to undergo a yearly physical examination, at Company's expense, with a physician of Executive's choosing, and upon Company's request, deliver a copy of such physician's report from such examination.
Medical Insurance and Other Benefits. The Employee shall at his option be entitled to participate with other employees of the Company in all group fringe benefit plans or other group arrangements authorized and adopted from time to time. Employee shall also receive such other benefits including vacation, holidays, and sick leave, as Company generally provides to its employees holding similar positions as that of Employee.

During the term of Executive's employment hereunder, Executive will be entitled to participate in any medical, dental and disability insurance plans, life insurance plans, retirement plans and other employee welfare and benefit plans or programs made available to the Company's senior-level executives or its employees generally, as such plans and programs may be in effect from time to time.
Medical Insurance and Other Benefits. For so long as the Employee remains employed by the Company, the Employee shall be eligible to receive such medical, paid time off and other benefits as are furnished to similarly situated employees of the Company (subject to and to the extent permitted by the Company’s plan documents). In the event of the Employee’s termination of employment with the Company for any reason, the eligibility for and continuation, provision, accrual and vesting of any employee benefits with respect to the Employee or the Employee’s dependents shall be governed solely by the operative documents relating to such benefits and applicable law.
Medical Insurance and Other Benefits. During the term of this Agreement Employer shall furnish Employee with the same medical and hospital insurance and other benefits furnished to other salaried employees of Employer.

Employee acknowledges that he shall have no vested rights under or in respect of his participation in any such program except as expressly provided under the terms thereof.

The Company shall provide Executive with medical insurance coverage for Executive in accordance with the terms of the Company's medical insurance plan, if any, as it exists from time to time and shall provide Executive with coverage under all other employee benefit plans, programs and policies which the Company maintains from time to time for the benefit of its executive employees.

During the Term of Employment, Employer shall furnish Employee with such medical, hospital, and life insurance as is furnished to employees of Employer generally, as amended from time to time. Employee also shall be entitled to participate in all other benefit programs which are maintained by Employer and available to its executive officers generally and under the same terms as available to Employer’s executive officers generally.
