Common use of Medical Insurance and Other Benefits Clause in Contracts

Medical Insurance and Other Benefits. During the Term of Employment, Employer shall furnish Employee with such medical and hospital insurance as is furnished to employees of Employer generally and Employee shall be entitled to participate in all other fringe benefit programs which are maintained by Employer and available to its executive officers generally, and under the same terms as Employer's executive officers generally. Employee acknowledges that he shall have no vested rights under or in respect of his participation in any such program except as expressly provided under the terms thereof.
