Measurements and Verification Methods. The Contractor shall use the following methods to measure and verify utility savings throughout the Term of this Agreement. FEDERAL M&V OPTIONS: M&V Option Performance and Usage Factors Savings Calculation Option A – Estimated and Short-Term Measured Factors Based on a combination of measured and estimated factors. Measurements are spot or short-term taken at the component or system level. Estimated (non-measured) factors are supported by historical or manufacturer’s data. Engineering calculations, component or system models. Option B – Periodically or continuously Measured and Estimated Factors Based on periodic or continuous measurements taken at the component or system level when variations in factors are expected. Spot or short-term measurements may suffice when variations in factors are not expected Engineering calculations, component or system models. Option C – Utility Billing Data Analysis Based on long-term whole-building utility meter, facility level, or sub-meter data. Based on regression analysis of utility billing meter data to account for factors that drive energy use. Option D – Calibrated Computer Simulation Computer simulation inputs may be based on a combination of the following: reasonable assumptions based on historical data gathered at facilities, performance specifications of equipment of system being installed, engineering estimates, spot, short-term or long term measurements of systems components, and long-term whole- building utility meter data. Based on computer simulation model calibrated with whole-building or end- se metered data or both.   • MEASUREMENT AND VERIFICATION The goal of this task is to report the benefits resulting from this project. Project team may use in- house expertise of the project demonstration site or use third party vendor for measurement and verification (M&V) of GHG and energy consumption reduction. The Recipient shall: • Enter into agreement with M&V subcontractor per Task 1.9 (if using outside vendor) • Coordinate site visits with the M&V subcontractor at the demonstration site(s) • Develop M&V protocol for pre-installation measurement (and calculations) following Section II.B.2 of the grant solicitation manual3: o Electric, natural gas and/or other fossil fuel consumption and greenhouse gas emissions (use appropriate emissions factor from Attachment 8 of the grant solicitation) of the equipment/process/system(s)/sub-system(s) that are be upgraded and/or replaced and/or modified; and o If necessary, ensure installation of sub-metering equipment and data loggers for pre/post data analysis. • Prepare and provide a detailed M&V Plan for each project demonstration site to include but not be limited to: o A description of the monitoring equipment and instrumentation which will be used; o A description of the key input parameters and output metrics which will be measured; o A description of the M&V protocol and analysis methods to be employed; and o A description of the independent, third-party measurement and verification services to be employed, if applicable. • Perform three months (or shorter period as approved in writing by the CAM) of pre- installation measurements (and calculations) based on the M&V protocol for pre- installation. • Prepare and provide a Pre-Installation M&V Findings Report that includes M&V protocol, pre-install measurements (and calculations), analysis, and results performed in this task. • Develop M&V protocol for post-installation measurements (and calculations) of: o Electric, natural gas and/or other fossil fuel consumption and greenhouse gas emissions (use appropriate emissions factor from Attachment 8 of the grant solicitation) of the equipment/process/system(s)/sub-system(s) that will be upgraded and/or replaced and/or modified.  Perform 12 months (or shorter period as approved in writing by the CAM) of post- installation measurements based on M&V protocol for post-installation. • Provide a summary of post-installation M&V progress in Progress Report(s) (see subtask 1.5) which shall include but not be limited to: o A narrative on operational highlights from the reporting period, including any stoppages in operation and why; and o A summary of M&V findings from the reporting period. • Analyze post-installation electrical, natural gas and/or other fossil fuel consumption and GHG emissions. 3 GFO-18-903, Food Production Investment Program, California Energy Commission, November 2018. xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxx.xx.xxx/contracts/GFO-18-903/000_FPIP_Solicitation_Manual.docx • Prepare and provide a Post-installation M&V Findings Report that includes M&V protocol, pre and post install measurements (and calculations), analysis, and results performed in this task. No extra payment will be made for this and no deductions will be made for this in the brick-work.

  • ACCURACY OF CUSTOMER’S PLANS AND MEASUREMENTS a) The Company is entitled to rely on the accuracy of any plans, specifications and other information provided by the Customer. The Customer acknowledges and agrees that in the event that any of this information provided by the Customer is inaccurate the Company accepts no responsibility for any loss, damages or costs howsoever resulting from these inaccurate plans, specifications or other information.

  • Loop Testing/Trouble Reporting 2.1.6.1 Think 12 will be responsible for testing and isolating troubles on the Loops. Think 12 must test and isolate trouble to the BellSouth portion of a designed/non- designed unbundled Loop (e.g., UVL-SL2, UCL-D, UVL-SL1, UCL-ND, etc.) before reporting repair to the UNE Customer Wholesale Interconnection Network Services (CWINS) Center. Upon request from BellSouth at the time of the trouble report, Think 12 will be required to provide the results of the Think 12 test which indicate a problem on the BellSouth provided Loop.

  • Contractor Performance Evaluations The Contract Administrator will evaluate Contractor’s performance as often as the Contract Administrator deems necessary throughout the term of the contract. This evaluation will be based on criteria including the quality of goods or services, the timeliness of performance, and adherence to applicable laws, including prevailing wage and living wage. City will provide Contractors who receive an unsatisfactory rating with a copy of the evaluation and an opportunity to respond. City may consider final evaluations, including Contractor’s response, in evaluating future proposals and bids for contract award.
