Maternity, Parental and Adoption Leave. a. Employees shall be entitled to maternity, parental and adoption leave as outlined in The Saskatchewan Employment Act. Employees shall accrue seniority and benefits while on such leaves. Employees are required to give a minimum four (4) weeks’ notice of their intentions to take such leave.
