Managing and monitoring Implementation Sample Clauses

Managing and monitoring Implementation. Though specific measures remain to be identified to deliver on all the HRA savings, it is important to note that the full €290m savings targets have been allocated to the National Directors and service managers who will be accountable for their delivery. The Health Service Directorate and individual National Directors are retaining overall responsibility for managing the implementation of the HRA. In supporting the process they have established; • A single national implementation programme with the Chief Financial Officer as Sponsor. The CFO is supported by an Assistant CFO, who serves as the National Lead for the HRA. • A national team to support implementation across each of the service Divisions and to ensure that good practice is applied across all other relevant settings. Achievement of the HRA targets will be reported on and monitored on a monthly basis, as part of the National Performance Assurance process for the health services.
