Basic Pay. "Basic pay" means the rate of pay in each wage schedule.
Basic Pay. A. Established. Basic Pay shall be established consisting of Pay Ranges assigned to each applicable job title in accordance with Exhibit A. Pay Ranges shall consist of seven (7) Pay Steps. Each of the seven (7) Steps shall have an hourly Basic Pay rate and shall be titled as Steps A-G. Employees shall be assigned to hourly Basic Pay rates within the Pay Ranges by applicable job title in accordance with Exhibit “B” entitled, “Schedule of Pay Ranges.” For the purpose of this Article Five, “
Basic Pay. You will receive one-half your normal annual pay that you would otherwise receive as a full-time employee, along with one-half of your retirement annuity, as provided in 5 CFR 848.501.
Basic Pay. The annual rate of pay paid to an employee, not including locality pay, premium pay, or differentials.

Basic Pay. 3.1.1 The pay structure of the specialty doctor grade has been reformed to move from an 11 point pay scale to a 5 point pay scale over a three-year transition period, starting on 1 April 2021. During the three years of the deal, each of the transitional pay points have been set. Details of the pay scale between 1 April 21 – 31 March 24 are detailed in Annex A.
Basic Pay. During each month of participation in a pro- gram under this section, an officer who par- ticipates in the program shall be paid basic pay in an amount equal to two-thirtieths of the amount of monthly basic pay to which the officer would otherwise be entitled under sec- tion 204 of title 37 as a member of the uni- formed services on active duty in the grade and years of service of the officer when the of- ficer commences participation in the program.
Basic Pay. (A) Authority to fix rates of basic pay In accordance with this section, the Sec- retary shall fix the rates of basic pay for any qualified position established under para- graph (1) in relation to the rates of pay pro- vided for employees in comparable positions in the Department of Defense and subject to the same limitations on maximum rates of pay established for such employees by law or regulation.
Basic Pay. Any monetary claim unless tiled within sixty (60) days from receipt of an employee’s pay slip shall be deemed to be abandoned by the employee or his agent. The hourly rate of pay shall be paid for all work performed during the regular work week as described in the schedule of wages and shall be as set forth in Schedule “A” to this Agreement.
Basic Pay. The pay structure of the specialty doctor grade has been reformed to move from an 11-point pay scale to a five-point pay scale over a three-year transition period, starting on 1 April 2021. During the three years of the deal, each of the transitional pay points have been set. Details of the pay scale between 1 April 2021 and 31 March 2024 are detailed in Annex A. Once the final pay structure is in place as of 1 April 2023, doctors will need to spend a minimum of three years on each pay point and evidence achievement against the criteria set out in the pay progression schedule before moving to the next pay point (detailed in section 2.3 below). The new pay structure will enable SAS doctors to access the top of the pay scale more quickly than under the current system. New specialty doctors with zero years’ experience will reach the top of the new pay scale in a minimum of 12 years on the new contract, compared to 17 years on the current contract. Details of the transitional arrangements for existing specialty doctors are outlined in section five.
