Common use of Management Hours Clause in Contracts

Management Hours. The parties recognize that the demands of the position will require the Assistant Superintendent to average more than eight (8) hours a day, five (5) days per week, and\or more than 40 hours per week. The parties agree that Assistant Superintendent shall not be entitled to overtime compensation.

Unless otherwise directed by the Superintendent, the Assistant Superintendent may be absent from duty during normal work hours prescribed for other personnel.
