MAINTENANCE OF GROUNDS. Lessee covenants to maintain the rented premises and the materials installed and used in landscaping the premises in a neat, sightly, and attractive condition at all times, and to water and care for the same in a professional manner. Failure of the lessee to fully carry out this covenant shall be a breach of covenant of this lease.
MAINTENANCE OF GROUNDS. Messiah Village shall provide grounds keeping, lawn care, snow removal and grounds lighting. These services are included in the Monthly Service Fee.
MAINTENANCE OF GROUNDS. SUBLESSEE, at their sole expense, shall maintain the demised premises, including lawn and shrubbery, in at least as good condition as the same presently exists.
MAINTENANCE OF GROUNDS. District personnel are solely authorized to maintain the Cemetery grounds. The District Grounds Manager shall be primarily responsible for this duty. In no event shall any other person alter, modify, mutate, turn or vary any grave, marker, vase or other object under District's exclusive control.
MAINTENANCE OF GROUNDS. Tenant shall, at its own expense during the term of this Lease, care for and clean the grounds around the Premises, including the cleaning of the paved areas, and the care of shrubs and other landscaping. Tenant shall also keep the interior of the Premises clean and provide janitorial services at its own expense during the term of this Lease.
MAINTENANCE OF GROUNDS. The tenant shall keep the gardens and grounds of the premises in a reasonably tidy condition.
MAINTENANCE OF GROUNDS. Owner shall be responsible for the maintenance and repair of all parking areas, driveways, walkways, and landscaping on the Subject Property in accordance with the Improvement Maintenance Standards. Such maintenance and repair shall include, without limitation:
MAINTENANCE OF GROUNDS. City agrees to maintain the park grounds around the Pool to City standards. Such maintenance shall include mowing of grass provision of trash receptacles and providing for the removal of such trash.
MAINTENANCE OF GROUNDS. The Building owner, not Landlord, is responsible for the maintenance of the exterior grounds and for the removal of the snow from driveways, parking areas and sidewalks.
