MAINTENANCE OF GROUNDS. Lessee covenants to maintain the rented premises and the materials installed and used in landscaping the premises in a neat, sightly, and attractive condition at all times, and to water and care for the same in a professional manner. Failure of the lessee to fully carry out this covenant shall be a breach of covenant of this lease.

MAINTENANCE OF GROUNDS. Messiah Village shall provide grounds keeping, lawn care, snow removal and grounds lighting. These services are included in the Monthly Service Fee.
