Los Angeles City Business Tax Registration Certificate. Seller shall obtain and keep in full force and effect during the term of this Agreement all Business Tax Registration Certificates required by the City of Los Angeles Business Tax Ordinance, Article 1, Chapter II, Section 21.00 and following, of the Los Angeles Municipal Code. Seller’s Vendor Registration Number must be shown on all invoices submitted for payment. Failure to do so, may delay payment. For additional information regarding applicability of the City Business Tax Registration, contact the City of Los Angeles Clerk’s Office at (000) 000-0000.

Los Angeles City Business Tax Registration Certificate. Under the terms of this Agreement, the City's Business Tax Ordinance (Article 1, Chapter 2, Sections 21.00 and following, of the Los Angeles Municipal Code) is not applicable. §410. Bonds Duplicate copies of all bonds, which may be required hereunder, shall conform to City requirements established by charter, ordinance or policy and shall be filed with the Office of the City Attorney for its review in accordance with Los Angeles Administrative Code Sections 11.47 through 11.56. §411. Indemnification Each of the parties to this Agreement is a public entity. In contemplation of the provisions of Section 895.2 of the Government Code of the State of California imposing certain tort liability jointly upon public entities, solely by reason of such entities being parties to an Agreement as defined by Section 895 of said Code, the parties hereto, as between themselves, pursuant to the authorization contained in Section 895.4 and 895.6 of said Code, will each assume the full liability imposed upon it or upon any of its officers, agents, or employees by law, for injury caused by a negligent or wrongful act or omission occurring in the performance of this Agreement, to the same extent that such liability would be imposed in the absence of Section 895.2 of said Code. To achieve the above- stated purpose, each party indemnifies and holds harmless the other party solely by virtue of said Section 895.2. The provision of Section 2778 of the California Civil Code is made a part hereto as if fully set forth herein. City of Burbank certifies that it has adequate self insured retention of funds to meet any obligation arising from this Agreement.
