Local Residence. During the term of this Agreement and for thirty (30) days following the Termination Date, the Company agrees to provide (a) the Executive with a leased, furnished residence of the Executive’s choosing of not less than two thousand (2,000) square feet located within a three mile radius of the Company’s headquarters, and (b) all of the Executive’s utilities (excluding telephone fees and charges), fees, maintenance costs, insurance premiums and garage charges incurred in connection with the Executive’s occupancy of such residence.

Local Residence. A local person’s residence is the place where he permanently maintains a self-contained domestic establishment (a dwelling place, apartment, or similar place of residence where a person generally sleeps and eats) in which he resides. Original Documents (not photocopies) are required for proof of residence. These will be verified by the employer, copied and returned. Two (2) of the following are acceptable: - Income Tax Assessment - Property Tax Assessment - Unemployment Insurance - Utilities Receipt Local Union or Union – Means the signatory to this Agreement as the Union, and shall include such officers and agents as are duly appointed.

  • Local Residents (a) A local resident is an individual who resides within a seventy-five (75) kilometer radius of the centre of a job site which is beyond daily commuting distance from Edmonton or Calgary or other locations where a hiring hall is located, and has resided within such radius of the site for a period of not less than six months prior to being engaged on the project. It is understood that the hiring of local residents shall be subject to the hiring procedures and prerogatives set out in this agreement.

  • Residence Community Living Standards The Residence Community Living Standards (“RCLS”) forms a part of this Agreement. It details the rights, responsibilities, and privileges of Residents as well as the residence conduct process. Each Resident is responsible for reading, understanding, and adhering to the terms outlined within the RCLS. The Manager and the Institution may amend the terms of the RCLS from time to time and may post the amendments in the Residence. Failure to abide by the RCLS may result in eviction from Residence and termination of this Agreement as per the violations and sanctions outlined in the RCLS, and as stated in section 8.01(d).   • Management; Community Policies Owner may retain employees and management agents from time to time to manage the Property, and Owner’s agent may retain other employees or contractors.
