LOCAL 241 JANITORS Sample Clauses

LOCAL 241 JANITORS. An employee of the Service Delivery Department, in the classification of Local 241 janitor, shall receive a work clothing allowance of one hundred and ten dollars and forty-five cents ($110.45) per year, provided the employee has a minimum of ninety (90) days of continuous service. During the employee’s first year of employment, the clothing allowance will be paid when the employee has accumulated ninety (90) days of continuous service. Employees will be eligible to receive a work clothing allowance after completion of one (1) year of continuous service. The work clothing allowance will be payable on the first full pay period following the employee’s anniversary of employment.

  • Ambulance Escort Where a nurse is assigned to provide patient care for a patient in transit, the following provisions shall apply:

  • Maintenance Employees The normal hours of work for full-time Maintenance employees are 72 ½ hours over a two (2) week period, not to exceed eight (8) hours per day.

Paraeducators will work a 186-day contract, 7½ hours per day and receive four (4) paid holidays unless otherwise specified.

  • Classroom Management The certificated classroom teacher demonstrates in his/her performance a competent level of knowledge and skill in organizing the physical and human elements in the educational setting.

  • WORK CLOTHING 1. The State shall continue to furnish foul weather gear and work clothing, such as aprons, smocks, shop coats, lab coats, coveralls and boots to employees furnished such clothing in the past. The State shall be responsible for continuing to provide laundering of work clothing where such service is being provided as of the effective date of this Agreement.

  • Restrooms The restrooms, toilets, urinals, vanities and the other apparatus shall not be used for any purpose other than that for which they were constructed, and no foreign substance of any kind whatsoever shall be thrown therein. The expense of any breakage, stoppage or damage resulting from the violation of this rule shall be borne by the Tenant whom, or whose employees or invitees, shall have caused it.

  • UNIFORMS AND CLOTHING (a) Each employee shall receive a standard uniform issue as defined in the Vermont State Police Operations Manual, which shall include a dress blouse.

  • Toilet Tiles for floor or any other similar. • Walls –Tiles on the walls upto door height. • Sanitary ware of good quality. • Chrome plated fittings of good quality • Electrical point for geyser and exhaust fan. • Plumbing provision for Hot/Cold water line in shower.
